We will try our best to provide the same tool or plant in the picture, if not, we will provide a tool or plant with the same or higher specification.

Our “Per day” rate is for a period of 24 hours, “Per week” is the hire for 7 days or over, all hire rate is flat over 7 days, i.e. you can enjoy the discounted rate from 7 days and afterwards.

We accept:

Cash on delivery or self-pickup
Debit / Credit card on delivery or self-pickup
Online payment by Debit / Credit card
Online payment by PayPal

We have flat delivery and collection rates according to the distance between your site and our warehouse (by postcode), you can refer to the cart when you make the payment. Free delivery and collection are available in some selected areas.

A deposit is required to be paid before pickup or delivery, this will be refunded when the tool is returned. In case of any damage to the tool, the repair costs will be deducted from the deposit and the remaining will be refunded.

You are requested to show your ID at the time of self-pickup or delivery, we accept driving licence, passport or any other forms of valid photo ID.

You are required to return the tool or plant in good condition, any damage or loss of equipment will be charged according to the recovering cost.

Please ensure to return the tool or plant on or before the off-hire date and time, additional rental may be charged if equipment is returned late.

You are required to ensure the tool or plant is cleaned before returning it. A cleaning charge will be levied if the equipment is returned dirty.
